Disable or enable a question
Questions are by default enabled so that they are visible for the event. From the Visit Connect web portalThe Visit Connect web portal is where you manage your accounts, licences and leads., you can disable a question to hide it from the Visit Connect app and on your barcode sheets. Disabling questions is useful when you don't want to use our standard questions, or if questions copied from a previous event are no longer relevant.

- Click the edit icon () on the question you want to enable or disable.
If the event has started, you may receive a warning that answers have already been recorded for the question. - Move the Enabled switch to the left to disable, and hide the question, or to the right to keep the question enabled.
