With one Visit Connect licence, you can create as many additional user accounts for the Visit Connect web portalThe Visit Connect web portal is where you manage your accounts, licences and leads. as you want, at no extra charge. Anyone you give access to the web portal can view the leadsA lead is a person who represents a sales opportunity for your company. that are collected during the event.
Note that user accounts for the web portal are not the same as scan licences, which allow your stand personnelStand personnel means: the people who represent your company inside your stand or booth at the event. to collect leads with the Visit Connect app or a barcode scanner. Scan licences are not free. Ideally you order, distribute and activate scan licences before the event. See Ordering licences for more info.
