Do I have to do anything before the event?
Yes. If you want to exploit the full potential of Visit Connect, you should do these things before the event:
create your account for the Visit Connect web portalThe Visit Connect web portal is where you manage your accounts, licences and leads., where you can view and manage your leadsA lead is a person who represents a sales opportunity for your company.;
If you've already used Visit Connect and/or Visit PartnerA company participating in an event, e.g. an exhibitor. at a previous event, then you should already have an account and can skip this task. In this case, you can go directly to Add a new event.
- assign scan licences so that your stand personnelStand personnel means: the people who represent your company inside your stand or booth at the event. can collect leads with the Visit Connect app;
- set up custom questions in the web portal to gain more insight from your leads;
- set up lead collection targets to measure and monitor your performance.
